CHRISTIAN GUTIERREZ PORTFOLIO

For this project we will be focusing on Sagamore Rowing Association boat club. The boat club is located in Oyster Bay. The current building is used as storage to store away boats and materials for the boat club. This building is across the street from the water. Due to very limited space, the training facility is located in a separate building a few blocks away. This is very inconvenient for the boat club to have two different buildings in two different locations. In order to solve this issue, the boat club has asked us to design an extension to the current building so it can be used as the new training facility. My design for the extension to the current building includes two stories.
